450 g pork sausages | |
105 g cheddar cheese | |
8 rashers back bacon | |
2 tbsp apple chutney |
Grill sausages slowly for 15 minutes. Make a slit halfway through each sausage, down the length. Put slices of cheese in each slit. Remove rind from bacon and spread with chutney. Wrap round sausages, with the chutney inside. Secure with cocktail sticks. Place under a hot grill for about 5 minutes until bacon is crisp and golden and cheese has melted. | |
