1.50 c Rolled oats | |
1.50 c Dates pitted & softened
0.50 c Tahina plus 2 tbsp |
In a food processor, add in oats first, then dates, and lastly the tahini. Pulse until it a “ball” is formed. Note, you may need a little more tahini, depending on how large and softened the dates are. Take the dough and place it on parchment paper and form it into a log shape. Place it in the freezer for 20 minutes to make it easier to slice. After removing it from the freezer, using a sharp knife without ridges, slice the log into approximate 6mm thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet. Bake them in an oven pre-heated to 175 degrees C for 20 minutes.
