Can be eaten hot or cold. Try hot in the pouch of a warm pita bread. Place all the ingredients , except the oild, in a large bowl and beat with a fork until well blended. DAY does not follow the correct procedure, and oils an electric frying pan or large pan, drops about 1 tbsp of the mix per omelette, cooking gently until completely set and golden on pan side and turns over when done on side A. When ready, remove to a serving dish. Add more oil if needed and carry on until the mixture is finished. | |
