250 g Butter | |
110 g Castor sugar | |
225 g Flour | |
225 g Cornflour | |
0.50 tsp Salt |
Sift dry ingredients together. Rub in butter and then knead (I use food processor-Laura). Put into pan (200x290mm) and pierce with a fork. Bake at 180degC 350degF for about 30 minutes till golden brown. | |
