Shortbread (Aunty Jess's)

Ingredients

250 g Butter
110 g Castor sugar
225 g Flour
225 g Cornflour
0.50 tsp Salt

Method

Sift dry ingredients together. Rub in butter and then knead (I use food processor-Laura). Put into pan (200x290mm) and pierce with a fork. Bake at 180degC 350degF for about 30 minutes till golden brown.
