| 2 onions, thinly sliced; 2 red chilies, sliced and seeds removed; 2 tablespoons salad oil: 2 tablespoons ground dried prawns (optional); 100 g desiccated coconut; 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel; salt to taste. Saute onions in oil until translucent Add remaining ingredients and cook gently until golden, stirring continuously. This can be made a week in advance and stored in an airtight jar. | |
