| 150 ml tahina paste | |
| 2 lemons | juiced |
| 1 clove garlic | |
| 1 tbsp parsley | finely chopped |
| 1 tsp salt | |
| 0.50 tsp chili powder |
| Pour the tahina into a bowl and stir in the lemon juice. Slowly add the milk, stirring until you have a mixture of a thick, creamy, consistency. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Serve as required. | |
