Garlic and tahina sauce

Ingredients

150 ml tahina paste
2 lemonsjuiced
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp parsleyfinely chopped
1 tsp salt
0.50 tsp chili powder

Method

Pour the tahina into a bowl and stir in the lemon juice. Slowly add the milk, stirring until you have a mixture of a thick, creamy, consistency. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Serve as required.
