Serves 6
3 Onions | Finely sliced |
3 cloves garlic | Crushed |
3 tbsp butter | |
250 ml chicken stock | |
75 ml ketjap | |
1 tbsp cornflour | |
Salt | |
Black pepper | Freshly ground |
Sambal to taste |
Sauté onions and garlic in butter until tender. Add stock and ketjap, simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Make cornflour into a paste with a little water and stir into sauce. Bring to the boil stirring constantly. Add seasoning & sambals to taste. | |
