Serves 6
| 200 g beansprouts | |
| 2 onions, chopped | |
| 2 tbsp butter | |
| 100 ml coconut milk | |
| Salt | |
| Freshly ground black pepper | |
| A little sambal oelek | Optional |
| Saute onions in butter until tender. Add beansprouts and toss over high heat until just tender. Add strained coconut milk and seasoning. | |
