200 g beansprouts | |
2 onions, chopped | |
2 tbsp butter | |
100 ml coconut milk | |
Salt | |
Freshly ground black pepper | |
A little sambal oelek | Optional |
Saute onions in butter until tender. Add beansprouts and toss over high heat until just tender. Add strained coconut milk and seasoning. | |
