Fried beansprouts (tumis tauge)

Serves 6

Ingredients

200 g beansprouts
2 onions, chopped
2 tbsp butter
100 ml coconut milk
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
A little sambal oelekOptional

Method

Saute onions in butter until tender. Add beansprouts and toss over high heat until just tender. Add strained coconut milk and seasoning.
