1 c milk |
You probably know- Heat 1 tbsp butter or (for chicken casserole) fat from the pan, then stir in 1 tbsp flour. Let it cook for a bit, stirring constantly. Add the milk. It is always best to take the pot off the hot plate while stirring in the flour, and later the milk. | |
