| 2 tbsp white cheese | grated |
| 1 egg | |
| 25 g flour | |
| 1 tsp salt | |
| 0.50 tsp black pepper | |
| 1 tsp cumin | |
| 1 egg | beaten |
| oil | for frying |
| Place the meat, onion, rice, cheese, egg, flour, salt, pepper and cumin in a large bowl and knead for 5-10 minutes until the mixture is well blended and smooth. | |
