1 Grated medium onion | |
1 Grated medium carrot | |

Garlic |
Cook the mince and brown it. Add dry wine. Cover with tinned tomato soup. Switch to low heat and allow to simmer for 3/4 hour. Grate nutmeg over it. Pour over the spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese. | |
