| 25 g Castor sugar | |
| 110 g Butter | |
| 1 Beaten egg | |
| 160 g Flour | |
| 1 tsp Baking powder | |
| Pinch of salt |
| Cream butter and sugar, add egg then flour etc. Put in pan and press out. I make holes in the base with a fork. | |
