0.33 c melted butter | |
1.50 c warm milk | |
1 tsp vanilla flavouring | |
2 eggs | |
2 c flour | |
1 tsp salt | |
4 tsp baking powder | |
2 tbsp sugar |
Melt the butter and warm the milk. In bowl 1, mix flour, salt, baking powder and [sugar]. Preheat the waffle iron. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, stir in the milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the liquid mix into the dry mix and beat until blended. Ladle the batter into the hot waffle iron. Cook until golden and crisp. Serve immediately. If holding, put on wire mesh, do not stack. 10 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook. Apply spray and cook to allow easy loosening of the waffles when cooked. | |
