Spaghetti bolognaise alla mama

Ingredients

340 g Mince
1 Medium onion, grated
1 Medium carrot, grated
110 g Butter
100 g Sharp cheese, grated
1 Can of tomato soupIXL
1 tsp Mint
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Nutmeg, grated

Method

Brown the butter, onion, carrot, [mint and garlic take out?]. Add mince and allow to get brown. Add a spoonful of dry wine. Cover with a tin of IXL tomato soup.
Switch to low and allow to simmer for 3/4 hour. Grate nutmeg over it. Pour over the spaghetti. Serve with grated cheese.
