340 g Mince | |
1 Medium onion, grated | |
1 Medium carrot, grated | |
110 g Butter | |
100 g Sharp cheese, grated | |
1 Can of tomato soup | IXL |
1 tsp Mint | |
1 tsp Garlic | |
1 tsp Nutmeg, grated |
Brown the butter, onion, carrot, [mint and garlic take out?]. Add mince and allow to get brown. Add a spoonful of dry wine. Cover with a tin of IXL tomato soup. Switch to low and allow to simmer for 3/4 hour. Grate nutmeg over it. Pour over the spaghetti. Serve with grated cheese. | |
