0.33 c Oil brought to 1/2 cup with milk | |
1 tsp Salt | |
1 Small tin pilchards in tomato sauce | Filling |
1 Egg | |
1 c Milk | |
1 Onion, chopped | |
1 Green pepper, chopped | |
1 Tomato, chopped | |
Cheese, grated |
Mix pastry ingredients, roll out and line tart dish. Place mashed, drained fish into pastry. Mix egg and milk and pour over. Sprinkle over onion, pepper, cheese then tomato. Bake at 180 deg (350) for 30 minutes. | |
