Seed crisps

Ingredients

300 g plain flouror any
1 c water
1 tbsp oil
1 egg

Method

Mix flour, oil and water.

Roll out thin and place in flat pans 240x310. Cut to 8 pieces per pan.

Mix the egg in a cup, with milk, and brush on to the mix.

Sprinkle a variety of seeds and press lightly if loose.

Bake for 15 minutes at 200 ℃ C
