| 300 g plain flour | or any |
| 1 c water | |
| 1 tbsp oil | |
| 1 egg |
| Mix flour, oil and water. Roll out thin and place in flat pans 240x310. Cut to 8 pieces per pan. Mix the egg in a cup, with milk, and brush on to the mix. Sprinkle a variety of seeds and press lightly if loose. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 ℃ C | |
